Paralegal Mikayla Geraci joined Hoff & Company LTD Attorneys when it was formed in 2020.  Mikayla assists clients with all aspects of real estate transactions, including the preparation of transfer documents, tax returns, and closing statements, conducting title searches, and coordinating clients, lenders, brokers and others to ensure closings go smoothly.  Mikayla also has experience with corporate and LLC formations and assists the firm’s attorneys with commercial transactions.  Mikayla has several years of experience as both a legal assistant and as a paralegal prior to joining Hoff & Company LTD Attorneys.

Mikayla is a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts (B.A., 2014) and is currently working towards a master’s degree in Food and Agriculture Law and Policy from Vermont Law School. Mikayla serves on the Town of Stowe Development Review Board as its Recording Clerk.

Outside of the office, Mikayla has a hobby in herbalism and wild foraging and has studied with the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism as an herbal apprentice.  Mikayla lives in Stowe where she loves to backcountry ski and bake cakes.
